lenders swore was an impossible interest rate to deliver. He studied my credit report and spent over a month assisting me in removing the errors that posed a risk to my approval (hence the need for you to
negotiate extended time periods and early occupancy). Finally, he made sure my loan application was in perfect order so the application to close period went by without a glitch.
